Description:
XHV-1000 Digital Micro Vickers Hardness Tester is a new and high-tech product combining the optical, mechanical and electronic techniques, with a novel appearance, a good reliability, operational functions and direct-viewing, and hence it is a newly type hardness measurement instrument for micro Vickers and Knoop, which is adopted precise mechanical technique and optical-electronic technique.
The instrument is adopted such technology as computer making programs with software, high amplification optical measuring system and photoelectric sensor. Inputting by soft keys, the tester has such function as adjusting the intensity of testing light source, selecting the testing method and hardness exchanges, file number and storage, etc. And all testing data such as the testing method, the testing force value, the testing indentation length, the hardness value, the dwell time of testing load, numbers of measurement can be showed on its large LCD screen, besides it can be inputted year, month and date by keys, test the result, handle data and output information with print, connect with computer through RS232 interface.

The instrument is suitable for to test micro hardness value of the micro and thin pieces, the specimen after surface treating with permeating and coating, it is also fit for to measure Knoop hardness value for crisp and hard material such as glass, agate and man-made precious stone, therefore, it is an ideal hardness measuring instrument for the scientific research institutes, industrial enterprises and the metrological institutes using with for studying and measuring.
